On Tuesday, our 2nd and 3rd class students enjoyed an exciting history trip to Kilkenny! They explored the magnificent Kilkenny Castle and Rothe House, followed by a fun ride on the Kilkenny History Road Train to visit many historic sites around the city. The students also had the chance to see the newly opened Mayfair Library. To top it off, they took part in an orienteering challenge around Kilkenny Castle Park, successfully finding all 18 controls using maps. It was a fantastic day of learning and adventure!
