History Tour of Kilkenny

What a brilliant time we had on our Tour of Kilkenny. We started off with a guided visit of Kilkenny Castle. We learned many new facts about this most impressive building. We then tested out our orienteering skills in the Castle Park. We enjoyed a picnic and had lots of fun in the playground.

We then travelled to the new Mayfair Library where we were amazed by the amount of books that are available. Following this, we had a most enjoyable visit to Rothe House and we ended the day with a journey around the city on the Kilkenny Road Train.

A super day was had by all.
